23 Century International Life Science Centre (hereinafter referred to as 23C) is a cGTPs research facility compliant with cGMP requirements, authorized by the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) under the Ministry of Health Malaysia, and operating in accordance with the standards of the Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme (PIC/S).

Our centre meets the requirements of the ASEAN Common Technical Dossier (ACTD) and complies with the quality standards of PIC/S, which has 56 member regulatory authorities worldwide, including Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
We have obtained over 100 domestic and international patents in stem cell culture and processing, achieved more than 20,000 clinical cases to date, and provided technology to medical institutions in over 70 countries worldwide.
23C houses Southeast Asia’s largest licensed medical cell product manufacturing facility, with over 15,000 square feet of cell manufacturing laboratories.
We leverage advanced biotechnology to advance research and technological development, expanding the possibilities of regenerative medicine.
