Inquiry & Consultation (Free)
Please feel free to contact us first through the inquiry form. Our specialized staff will listen to your requests and medical condition, and explain the treatment in detail.

Submission of Required Documents
To consider your treatment, we ask you to submit documents so we can understand your current health condition. Specifically, this includes filling out a medical questionnaire and providing recent test results or medical certificates.
Based on these, the doctor will make an appropriate judgment. -

Treatment Plan Proposal by a Specialist
Based on the submitted information, a regenerative medicine specialist at our partner medical institution will develop the optimal treatment plan.
We will summarize the stem cell administration method, frequency, and expected effects, and provide you with a proposal and explanation. -

Presentation of the Estimate
Based on the treatment plan, we will provide a cost estimate.
We will clearly explain the contents included (treatment cost, travel support fees, etc.) until you are fully satisfied. -

Schedule Adjustment and Tentative Reservation
Once you agree to the treatment content and cost, we will ask for your preferred travel period and tentatively reserve the treatment date. -

Payment of Treatment Costs
We will confirm the passport required for travel and arrange flights and hotel accommodations. We can also introduce you to our partner travel agency.
Please complete the payment of treatment costs at least two weeks before the treatment date. -

Travel to Malaysia
Please depart for Kuala Lumpur International Airport according to your reserved schedule.
We can arrange pick-up service according to your arrival time.
*Treatment cannot be performed on the day of arrival, so you will usually need to arrive the day before. -

Treatment at a Local Clinic
You will receive stem cell treatment at 23C.
On the day, our Japanese staff will pick you up from your accommodation and accompany you to the clinic.
The treatment is performed using non-invasive methods such as intravenous drips and takes about 1–2 hours. To ensure you can relax, light meals and drinks will be available in the clinic’s private lounge.
After treatment, if there are no health concerns, we will take you back to your hotel or your desired location.
Stay Schedule in Malaysia

Day of Travel
Depart from Japan and arrive in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur). Our staff will meet you at the airport and accompany you to your hotel.
Please take time to rest and recover from your trip in preparation for the next day’s treatment. (No treatment will be performed on the day of arrival.) -

- 02
Treatment Day
Around noon, you will head to the clinic with our staff to receive stem cell treatment.
To help you relax, we provide light meals and drinks in a private lounge.
After the treatment, if your condition is fine, we will take you back to your hotel or to your desired location.
There are no special restrictions in the evening, so light sightseeing is possible if you feel well. -

Return Day
Our staff will transfer you from your hotel to the airport.
We will assist with check-in procedures before your departure from Kuala Lumpur and your return home.
The above is an example schedule, and we will flexibly adjust it according to your preferences and treatment details.
For example, if you would like to enjoy more sightseeing, you can extend your stay.
If you consult with us in advance, we can also arrange optional tours (for a fee) through our partner travel agency.
We will do our utmost to ensure your stay in Malaysia is safe and comfortable.
Follow-up After Returning Home
Even after you return home from your treatment, 23C’s support continues. We have the following follow-up system.
Progress Check
After you return home, our staff will contact you to check on your condition. We will ask about your immediate post-treatment health and any concerns in the following weeks or months, and consult with our partner doctors as needed.
Additional Consultation Window
Please feel free to consult us about any matter, no matter how small, such as your experience of the treatment’s effects or symptoms you believe may be side effects. We will respond by email, phone, or online meeting according to your preference.
We believe that our relationship with patients continues even after treatment, and we will support your health from a long-term perspective.
